Client: Lower Mill Estate Agency: Smoothe, London Brief: To rebrand and promote the Lower Mill Estate, an upmarket property development located next to a lake in the Cotswolds Concept: The design work focused on the stunning natural beauty of the site and emphasised the fantastic outdoor lifestyle opportunities on offer in the area Result: The campaign resulted in the off-plan sale of all 22 properties.
